FINAL: Senior nutrition, dietetics and wellness major Mike Sooley of Lake Villa, IL, wants to provide a service to people that gives nutritional food and education about that food and how it affects an individual's health. He has been working at Mighty Greens Farm in Elburn, IL, since June 15th, 2016, as a part of a credited practicum class for NIU. He said he will continue working at the farm “until they kick me out.” Sooley wants to continue his education in the field of nutrition and organic farming and plans on a trip to Costa Rica in January to learn about the organic farming that is being maintained there. “If you can grow it, I want to learn about it,” Sooley said.
