Amy Shelton, an incoming junior in Photography originally from Roselle, Ill., talks about a recent sketch she had done while at north avenue beach in Chicago of over the Fourth of July weekend. Shelton said sketching was just one of her other hobbies, including video art and tap dancing as sound art. "I've changed my major three times," Shelton said of her experience at NIU so far. "First it was Art Education, then business administration in art, and now it's photography. Because that's what I've wanted to do since I was a kid."
