Due to a nice day and a crowded gym, the duo decided to complete their workout outside. Helm and Gibbons met at orientation, became friends, and at one point voiced the desire to start working out but neither had the motivation to do it on their own. "We talk about it every day though," Helm said. "If that counts?" So far keeping each other as workout partners have helped keep their workouts "slightly consistent."
"We haven't been friends long but we've plan on being work out partners a long time," Helm laughed.
