Communication major Raya Ziselman of Buffalo Grove, Ill., dedicated her cap design to her mother as a birthday gift. "Her birthday falls on New Years Eve and she always asks for a gift," explains Ziselman," So this year I said, 'mom, I'll do you one better'." Ziselman said when she showed her mom the cap her mother started jumping up and down and screaming. "I was a little surprised," Ziselman said. "She liked it. A lot."
