Renee Holmes and her son William, a freshman marketing student, both of Chicago, Ill., giving canoeing a try for the first time during the Camp On Campus event. Renee was on campus for the weekend to visit her son and try out the events during Fall Family Weekend. "I was too scared to try camping because of the bugs," Renee admits. "But we wanted to give this a try."
