Final: Rachel Jacob is a sophomore from Long Grove, IL. Currently, she is a double major in history and political science. Her poster is entitled "The search for maternity and paternity leave." Rachel was interested in this research topic because she is passionate about parents not being forced to choose between their newborn and their jobs. Rachel enjoyed working with her faculty mentor, Dr. Beatrix Hoffman, and stated that she is one of her greatest role models on campus.
