FINAL: Senior computer science major Syed Rizvi of Carol Stream, IL, credits his parents for keeping him motivated throughout his undergraduate career. “Sometimes things felt really hard and I’d reach that breaking point,” Rizvi said. “But they just kept pushing me through it, encouraging me. They were this positive ball of energy when I felt like I was done. And now graduation is on the horizon.” But his parents aren't stopping there. They continue to push Rizvi for the future. “They keep saying ‘hit the ground running and don’t stop.’”
