FINAL: Tammy Graham of Lake Bluff, I., accompanies her son, sophomore business major Luke Graham of Lake Bluff, IL, as they head into shore on the East Lagoon during their first activity for Family Day Weekend: the Outdoor Adventures East Lagoon Adventure. Although they have both canoed before, this was their first time out on the water together. “I only feared for my life twice,” Tammy joked. Tammy added that she was looking forward to checking out the rest of the activities for the weekend. “I’m looking forward to seeing what the campus has to offer, as well as checking out DeKalb."
